Our Mission: To establish .STRIPE as an authoritative digital namespace that will reinforce trust in our mark, enhance security, and simplify how users, partners, and stakeholders access our financial infrastructure services and information. Applicant is committed to running the registry in full compliance with all applicable laws, consensus policies, reasonable and relevant best practice guidelines, binding RFCs, and the Specifications of the Registry Agreement. Because all second level domain names under this registry will be registered for purposes which serve Applicant’s strategic business aims, and are limited to the Applicant, its Affiliates, or Trademark Licensees operating under a trademark license from the Applicant specifically allowing second level registrations, all use of the TLD will directly support Applicant's branding efforts for Applicant’s goods and services. No use will be made of the TLD in a way that denotes or describes a general class of goods or services or is otherwise a “generic” use of the term.
