Snapshot of 8 October 2026 · ICANN APS, public fields

Data and method

Everything on this site is computed from one dated copy of what ICANN publishes. Nothing is estimated.

Bounds

  1. Selected registry service providers are not published by ICANN (AGB Q176): the back-end field only reflects Q13 and Q14 declarations.
  2. Groups follow what filings declare as ultimate control (Q108) and nothing else: an applicant that publishes no Q108 stands alone, shareholders (Q106) never merge applicants, and nothing is inferred from names, addresses or websites.
  3. The template fingerprint is a measure on the wording of Q133 after masking the string and the applicant; it is never a claim of affiliation.
  4. Themes are assigned by meaning and shown only once validated.
  5. Quotations are verbatim from the filings and stay in English on the French pages.
  6. Contention sets are ICANN's, as published on Reveal Day; they are revised on String Confirmation Day.

How the fields are read

  • Question numbers are those printed in each published answer (“AGB Q133”).
  • Short answers (Yes/No, true/false) sometimes repeat the instruction before the value; the last non-empty line is read.
  • Back-end: “provider” when Q13 is true; “affiliated RSP” when Q14 cites a registry service provider and does not deny the affiliation; otherwise “not published”.
  • Replacement strings and their status come from ICANN's Reveal Day export.

Snapshots

2026-10-08 — 1,614 applications, published by ICANN between 7 October 2026 15:21 and 15:38 (UTC). Reveal Day export of 7 October 2026.

The next snapshot follows String Confirmation Day (17 Nov 2026). A snapshot is never rewritten; a new one is added.
