I. Mission and Objectives Mission: As the applicant for the ".note" TLD and the prospective registry operator, we are committed to building an open, secure, and trusted global domain name system, providing a unique and easily recognizable ".note" namespace for users, organizations, and enterprises worldwide. This namespace serves information recording, knowledge sharing, and creative expression, meeting the growing demand for reliable and accessible online content in the digital age.

Objectives: To establish ".note" as a globally recognized generic TLD, open for registration to all eligible individuals, businesses, and organizations. We aim to provide a simple, intuitive, and memorable domain identification system that facilitates the organization and dissemination of digital content, making ".note" the preferred namespace for recording and sharing on the internet.

II. Registrants Registrations are open to any natural person, legal entity, or other organization worldwide, without restrictions based on geography, industry, or identity. We encourage individuals, educational institutions, research organizations, businesses, creators, and other entities to use ".note" domains to create personal notes, project documentation, knowledge bases, blogs, learning resources, product descriptions, and more, fully reflecting the openness and diversity of the internet.

III. Users Users are global internet visitors who will access various public content and service entry points through ".note" domains to obtain information, knowledge, and services. A clear domain structure helps users quickly identify content types and sources, enhancing information access efficiency and trust.

IV. Relevant Activities Promote the use of ".note" in scenarios such as personal recording, team collaboration, education and research, knowledge management, and creative creation, encouraging the creation of high-quality digital content and services using this domain. Through cooperation with communities, technical groups, and industry organizations, we aim to increase the awareness and adoption of ".note" and build a vibrant, diverse domain ecosystem.

V. Long-Term Sustainability Statement 1. As a generic TLD, ".note" is open for global registration with broad market demand and a substantial potential user base. With the continued growth of digital content creation and knowledge management, ".note" possesses clear commercial value and long-term development potential. Through reasonable registration pricing and quality services, we can achieve commercial viability and financial sustainability. 2. We have dedicated technical teams and sufficient financial resources, with established systems for domain registration, resolution, management, and security, providing support for the long-term stable operation of ".note". 3. We will comply with ICANN requirements, establish security monitoring and emergency response mechanisms, prevent domain abuse, maintain the reputation and credibility of ".note", and ensure the security of the domain name system.
