§ 1 — Sens de la chaîne Q118·Q120

A global crypto and Web3 brand

[ˌtiː ɑːɹ ˈɛks]

§ 2 — Mission et objet Q133

The mission and purpose of the .TRX gTLD are to: (1) establish a trusted and intuitive online namespace through which Internet users can identify and access authentic information, tools and services relating to TRX; (2) protect the TRX name, TRON’s trademarks and other intellectual property rights; (3) provide a secure and authoritative channel for information concerning the TRX digital asset, including network and protocol documentation, developer resources, wallet and payment integrations, community education and ecosystem announcements; (4) improve user navigation through short, memorable and recognizable Internet addresses associated with TRX and authorized TRX initiatives; and (5) support the continued growth of the TRX ecosystem by providing a flexible digital platform for new services, technologies, partnerships, geographic markets and ecosystem activities.

The .TRX gTLD is intended to serve as an authoritative identifier for content and services relating to the TRX digital asset. Internet users will be able to recognize that websites operating within the namespace are controlled by, affiliated with or expressly authorized by the Applicant or other authorized TRON ecosystem participants. Because digital assets are a frequent target of impersonation, this trusted environment is of particular importance: it will help users distinguish legitimate TRX resources from unauthorized websites that may engage in cybersquatting, phishing, fraudulent token or airdrop offers, counterfeit wallet and exchange interfaces, malware distribution or other harmful conduct.

The Applicant anticipates introducing the .TRX gTLD through a measured and controlled rollout. Initial registrations may support technical testing, organizational communications, network and protocol documentation, developer and community resources, educational materials and selected marketing activities. Over time, the namespace may be expanded for use by strategic partners, service providers, collaborators and other authorized parties, subject to applicable registration and use requirements.

Through this approach, .TRX will provide a secure, recognizable and flexible digital environment that supports TRON’s mission of advancing decentralized technologies, strengthening its global ecosystem and providing users with a trusted means of identifying authentic TRX-related content, resources and initiatives.

Confirm that the applied-for string is not a “generic string” in which the applying entity intends to limit registrations exclusively to a single person or entity.
