§ 1 — Sens de la chaîne Q118·Q120
Legami is a brand name of Legami S.p.A. Società Benefit.
/leˈɡaːmi/
§ 2 — Mission et objet Q133
LEGAMI wants to spark positive thoughts and feelings in people.
Thanks to a Universe of colours, designs, characters and inspirational messages, all utterly unique, LEGAMI seeks to spread an immense variety of positive feelings that everybody can recognise in themselves, regardless of gender, age, religious belief or sexual orientation: after all, the vibrations of the human soul are universal the world over. LEGAMI wants to reach everybody, wherever they may be.
LEGAMI offers more than 5,000 products belonging to 17 Worlds. LEGAMI worlds represent people's greatest passions and interests. Each LEGAMI World may encompass a product category (like paper goods in Extraordinary Stationery, or home accessories in Home Sweet Home, etc.) or a brand-new and unique idea (like pastimes and games of skill in Vintage Memories, or products to shake up monotonous routines in LOL, etc.).
We intend to operate the .LEGAMI TLD as a dotBrand TLD where all domain registrations will be restricted to organisations within our corporate group and, potentially, to licensees of our trademarks. We will implement a strict registration approval process to ensure registrations are limited to these types of registrants that will include:
- an internal request and approval process for any part of the business that wishes to use a domain name within our TLD;
- creation of pre-defined registration policies setting out who can register a domain within our TLD;
- use of a trusted corporate registrar for the creation of all domain names. The registrar will only accept requests from authorised individuals within our organisation.
All domains will be exclusively for achieving our corporate objectives. Operation of the TLD in this restricted manner will easily be sustainable in the long term through the above-mentioned controls.

Confirm that the applied-for string is not a “generic string” in which the applying entity intends to limit registrations exclusively to a single person or entity.
