1. Mission and Objectives .robot aims to create a dedicated, intuitive, and trusted namespace for the global robotics technology and application ecosystem. Its mission is to help all organizations and individuals engaged in or interested in robotics—whether professional developers, manufacturers, researchers, or enthusiastic hobbyists and learners—establish distinct online identities, enabling Internet users to easily discover, understand, and access robotics-related products, services, ideas, and knowledge, thereby promoting the broad dissemination and diversified innovation of robotics technology. The goal is to establish .robot as a bridge connecting the world of robotics and the digital world, advancing the practical implementation of human-robot collaboration.

Intended registrants: Open to the public, including but not limited to: robotics hardware and software developers, automation system integrators, research institutes and university laboratories, robotics competition organizers and educational institutions, industry solution providers, professional media and bloggers, as well as individual enthusiasts, maker community members, and science communicators with a strong interest in robotics. Registrants may use .robot domains for showcasing products and solutions, publishing technical articles, sharing creative projects, building community forums, and any other lawful activities related to robotics, conveying their close association with the field through the domain name itself. Intended users are Internet users worldwide who seek or use robotics-related information and services, including procurement professionals in manufacturing enterprises, educators, students, technology enthusiasts, and consumers. Through .robot domains, they can quickly identify the nature of information sources, reduce search and trust costs, and access desired content or services more efficiently.

Relevant activities: Ipollo Tech Ltd will actively carry out online and offline promotion to communicate the unique value of .robot in establishing a robotics identity and fostering content discovery; collaborate with robotics industry organizations, open-source communities, and educational institutions to organize technology sharing sessions, project showcases, and developer exchange events; formulate and publish domain usage guidelines tailored to different registrant groups, guiding the creation of a vibrant, high-quality, and healthy online robotics ecosystem; and deploy abuse monitoring and rapid response mechanisms to ensure the security and stability of the namespace and maintain user trust.

2. Long-Term Sustainability Driven by multiple trends including industrial automation, service robotics, and embodied intelligence, the robotics industry has entered a long-term growth trajectory. The global installed base and incremental deployment of robots continue to expand, generating strong demand for related knowledge and information, which provides .robot with a sustainable demand base across industries and geographies. The company possesses sound financial reserves and a mature technical operations team, ensuring the long-term stable operation of .robot and full compliance with ICANN's security, stability, and compliance standards. Through reasonable registration pricing and organic market growth, .robot will achieve commercial self-sustainability. Ipollo Tech Ltd will remain committed to maintaining the professional reputation and open, inclusive character of .robot, and through anti-abuse governance and proactive guidance, make it a trusted long-term digital identifier within the global robotics ecosystem.
